Description
Sansha Muroka Nama Chozo Ginjo Genshu Zuigin is an unfiltered, unpasteurized nama-chozo ginjo matured at cold temperatures and bottled at full genshu strength by Harada Brewery in Hida Takayama. The nama-chozo (cold-stored raw) aging method allows the sake to slowly develop additional complexity while preserving its fresh, lively character. The absence of filtration retains the natural concentration of flavor, placing this expression in the Zuigin (Auspicious Gin) tier of the brewery's lineup.
