Sansha Tokubetsu Junmaishu Kuramoto Hizoshu - Tokubetsu Junmai sake from Harada Brewery Co.,Ltd, Gifu
Description

Sansha Tokubetsu Junmaishu Kuramoto Hizoshu is a cellar-reserved tokubetsu junmai kept back by Harada Brewery in Hida Takayama for extended aging before release. Brewed with locally grown Hida Homare rice and the soft mountain water of the Takayama region, it develops added depth and mellow complexity through maturation in the brewery's storehouse. This kuramoto (brewer's reserve) designation indicates it is held aside from regular commercial stock.
