Origarami namazake (fine-lees suspended, unpasteurized) made with Gohyakumangoku rice at 55% polish at Yumegokoro Shuzo in Kitakata, Fukushima. The suspended lees add a creamy, slightly effervescent texture to the fresh raw sake, brewed with locally contracted low-pesticide Gohyakumangoku and Iide mountain spring water.
