Description
Aizu-grown rice polished to 60% is pressed using only the middle-run nakatare portion, then bottled unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undiluted. The nakatare cut yields the most balanced and refined fraction of the press, and this muroka nama genshu delivers a melon-like fruitiness with fine effervescence, fresh sweetness tempered by bright acidity, and a dry, clean finish.
