Description

Yume no Kaori, a sake rice developed in Fukushima by crossing Hattan Nishiki No. 1 and Dewa Sansan, is polished to 60% for this junmai. A floral ginjo-like aroma lifts from the glass, followed by a citrus-edged acidity and an elegant, harmonious finish. This expression won first prize in the governor's award for the Yume no Kaori category in Fukushima Prefecture.
