Muroka namagenshu (unfiltered, undiluted, unpasteurized) made from Gohyakumangoku rice at 55% polish at Yumegokoro Shuzo in Kitakata, Fukushima. The fully raw, unfiltered format preserves the lively natural character of Utsukushima Dream yeast fermentation alongside the soft Aizu basin rice umami.
