Description

Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 60% is cultivated and harvested directly by the brewery's toji, then brewed with spring water from the Mt. Myoko range. Bottled using a single-bottle hot-water pasteurization method that preserves delicate aroma, this junmai ginjo displays clean ricey umami with a gently dry finish.
