Daiginjo Sake, which has been luxuriously polished to 35%of Hyogo Prefecture's Yamada Nishiki, which is the finest sake brewing -friendly rice, and has been prepared with the underground water of Mt. Myoko and its own active culture yeast. It is a gorgeous ginkka peculiar to Daiginjo, a deep lingering remains on the throat and the throat.
