A ginjo namazokoshu brewed from Gohyakumangoku polished to 50% using the quality water and cool climate of Niigata's Joetsu region. The namazokoshu process, where raw sake is stored without the initial pasteurization, preserves a fresh, fruity ginjo character with a lively, clean finish.
