Named for the port town of Naoetsu in Joetsu, this tokubetsu honjozo uses Gohyakumangoku polished to 55%. Brewed by Echigo toji using local soft water at a brewery with nearly four centuries of history, it delivers a clean, dry Niigata-style profile.
