Rate this sake
🍶
Description

Hitomebore polished to 60% brewed by the Mikkaodori method, which extends the odori rest stage in three-stage fermentation to two or three days instead of the usual one. This technique allows the yeast to fully propagate, resulting in a sake with a wider flavor range and clean finish.
