Amanohara Daiginjo from Sudo Honke in Kimitsu, Chiba is brewed with Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% and the brewery's signature deep-aquifer water, drawn from 500 meters below ground and designated one of Japan's top water sources by the Environment Ministry. Fruity aroma and a dry, clean finish are recurring characteristics of this award-winning brand. The brewery has received gold at the National New Sake Competition.
