Amabuki Junmaiginjo Omachi Nama - Junmai Ginjo sake from Amabuki Shuzo Co., Saga
Description

Omachi rice polished to 55% is fermented with Nadeshiko flower yeast in this fresh junmai ginjo from Amabuki Shuzo. The nadeshiko yeast generates an elegant, elevated aroma alongside a full-bodied richness that balances the clean, dry finish. Brewed using groundwater from the Sefuri Mountains and Saga plain rice, this unheated release preserves the lively fruit-forward character of the flower yeast.
