Description
Made in Saga with Saga no Hana rice and ancient black rice fermented with a flower yeast, this Junmai takes on a natural rose hue. The nose shows strawberry, cranberry, plum, and hibiscus, while the palate is medium bodied with mild rice sweetness and bright acidity balancing the red fruit character. It finishes clean and pairs well with richer dishes like duck, pork belly, or dark chocolate.
