Our warehouse is located in the middle of a rice field in Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture. On a sunny day, it is a peaceful place in the sky, facing the ridgeline of Hakusan.
In 2020, it was 150 years old, and it was replaced by Yasuyuki Yoshida, a young 7th generation.

The "Torikawa" inherits the traditional taste of tradition, and "Yoshida" practices sake brewing to connect to the future that has returned to the original form of local sake.

Mountain abolition is a technique that Mr. Noto is good at. It is a natural way to bring in lactic acid bacteria in the warehouse and generously spend time and effort. "Modern Mt.
