It is a pure rice sake stored in the Sougogen tunnel on the railway Noto line that was abandoned in March 2005. Inside the partitioned tunnel, it is stored at a constant temperature and humidity of 12 degrees throughout the year, so you can enjoy a mellow and deep taste.
