銘柄「甲富士」は、蔵のように見える松山沖の興居島「伊予の富士」にちなんで命名されました。余計な甘味を排し、しっかりとした旨味とほのかな香りを持つ酒を目指しています。昔ながらの酒船による丁寧な搾りと、一本ずつ湯煎で加熱殺菌する瓶燗を行い、時間と手間を惜しまず「深い辛口の酒」を追求し続けています。
