Nara, the birthplace of Japanese sake. This is founded in 1719. In order to be the next tradition, we will pursue sake that can only be made in modern times. In 1998, the wind forest began with the desire to have locals drink raw liquor using local rice. The name is derived from the place name "Kaze no Mori Pass" in Gosho City. Located at the foot of Mt. The tradition of Nara Sake, which was established 500 years ago, is modified by using modern technology, and will continue to challenge sake that can only be built in the present era and the next sake. In the wind forest, it expresses the difference between the type of rice and the taste of polishing. In ALPHA -style forests, flexible ideas and new technologies seek the potential of the next sake. Pour sake into a glass. Transparent lemon yellow. The slightly remaining fermentation carbon dioxide produces foam grains. The fragrance of a faint fruit when approached to the face. If you put it in your mouth, the refreshing scent will come out of your nose, and a voluminous taste will rush. After passing the throat, the sourness that clearly summarizes the mouth clearly. A liquor that tickles the five senses of humans in a series of movements of drinking alcohol. That is the wind forest.
