De la brasserie
Located in Sakagoe Bay facing the Seto Inland Sea, it was a brewery that served as a liquor store for the Ako Domain in the Edo period. Every year, we are careful about the preparation conditions of climate and raw materials, and try to make polite sake brewing while watching the moromi face.
