De la brasserie
Fondée en 1743. Une brasserie avec vue sur le Fuji, à proximité des célèbres chutes de Shiraito. Elle utilise du riz domestique sélectionné et l'eau souterraine du mont Fuji. Sous la conduite des toji de Noto, la brasserie s'efforce de transmettre la culture japonaise à travers l'élaboration d'un sake savoureux.
