Le Shimanto Kizuna Junmai Ginjo Genshu Black Label de Fuji Musume Shuzo à Shimanto City, dans la préfecture de Kochi, est une expression non diluée nommée en hommage au lien entre la brasserie et le dernier fleuve limpide du Japon, le Shimanto, dont les eaux souterraines alimentent le sake. Fondée en 1943, cette brasserie, seul producteur de sake de Shimanto City, utilise du riz de Kochi cultivé localement et puise la pureté cristalline du bassin du Shimanto pour créer ce ginjo genshu robuste et de pleine puissance.
