In der ehemaligen Poststadt des Uwajima-Clans, in Uno-cho, Seiyo-shi, stammt das Kornhaus aus der Kansei-Zeit und die Brauerei aus der Ansei-Zeit, und ihre zweihunderjährige Geschichte lebt weiter. Die Brauerei Motomiya verwendet selbst angebauten Yamada Nishiki auf fruchtbarem Boden sowie natürliches Wasser, das aus dem Hinterland quellt.
