This shiboritate genshu (freshly pressed undiluted sake) from the Yamatozakura label is bottled in the autumn pressing season without dilution or additional heat treatment, capturing the raw vitality of the new brew. Produced in Shonai, Yamagata by a brewery dating to 1890.
