Okura Iroha Tokubetsu Junmai Omachi Rokuju Arabashiri uses Omachi rice polished to 60 percent, brewed by KK Ookurahonke in Nara and collected as the free-run arabashiri cut from the press. Omachi is one of Japan's oldest native sake rice varieties, known for producing rich, full-bodied sake with an earthy depth and firm structure.
