Description
Okura Iroha Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku Goju Arabashiri is brewed by KK Ookurahonke in Nara with Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 50 percent. The arabashiri free-run pressing yields the first portion of the batch, which tends to be vibrant and slightly effervescent with expressive aromatics. Gohyakumangoku is a widely respected sake rice variety known for producing light, clean flavors well-suited to ginjo-grade brewing.
