An unfiltered raw junmai daiginjo (muroka genshu) version of the Ginginga label from this Iwate brewery, using self-grown Ginginga rice polished to 50% without filtration or dilution. The undiluted, unfiltered format delivers a more textured expression of the same crisp, clean Ginginga character.
