Description

A daiginjo from this Shiwa brewery in Iwate, located in the birthplace of Nanbu toji, where the brewery grows sake rice on its own three-hectare paddies. The brewery cold-stores all daiginjo to preserve delicate aromas, and has consistently won gold at the Iwate, Tohoku, and National New Sake Competition.
