Rice that has supported Japanese food since ancient times. We face sake brewing while taking over the brewing techniques accumulated by the ancestors. In recent years, we have begun brewing made from rice that does not use chemical fertilizers and pesticides. We borrow microorganisms in rice and water, take care of the principles and essence of traditional sake brewing, and deliver sake that can feel the benefits of nature.

沿革
- 1915Founded as a sake brewery in Wakayama by Hideo Yoshimura, the youngest son of a raw-silk trading family.
- 1966Yoshio Yoshimura became the second-generation president.
- 1986Began exporting sake overseas.
- 2004Hisayoshi Yoshimura became the third-generation president.
- 2009Katsuhiko Yasumura became the fourth-generation president.
- 2018"Kurumazaka Yamahai Junmai Daiginjo" won the top Trophy award at the SAKE selection (Concours Mondial de Bruxelles sake category).
- 2022"Kurumazaka Junmai Daiginjo" won gold in the Junmai Daiginjo category at Kura Master 2022.
- 2024"Kurumazaka Junmai" won gold in the Junmai category at the Luxembourg Sake Challenge 2024.
