From the brewery
Founded in Meiji 32, the Matsuoka district of Eiheiji -cho, Fukui Prefecture (formerly Matsuoka -cho), located downstream of the sacred peak Hakusan, is known as a "clear stream town" and is a rice in the center of the Fukui Plain.
"Pure water" and "environment where rice grows", and Hokuriku's unique winter cold.
It is a brewery that brews famous sake every day in the best environment in sake brewing.
