Description

To commemorate the 120th anniversary of the founding in the first year of the presentation, a limited sake from the Junmai Daiginjo standard was brought out at the end of the year. In line with the commemorative year, it is a limited edition of 40 % of the rice "Yamada Nishiki" in Hyogo Prefecture's special US district, and is a small preparation with a small preparation at the local Fukui yeast FK501.
