Description

Chokijukuseidaiginjo Fukufuku is a long-aged daiginjo using Yamada Nishiki polished to 35% from Tanabe Shuzo in Fukui, aged for more than three years at low temperature. Each year's finest moromi is bag-hung as shizuku (drip) sake, and only 500 bottles are cellared and released annually; the aging develops a mellow, concentrated depth within this double-luck named treasure.
