It features a soft Ginjo incense, an elegant taste, and a gentle taste. "Koshi no Shizuku" ... A suitable rice suitable for sake brewing limited to Fukui Prefecture, which was registered in variety in 2003. Hyogo Kita Nishiki is a father and Miyama Nishiki crossed as a mother.
