Description
A daiginjo genshu in the Echizenmisaki line, drawn as shizuku drops from hanging sake bags and aged at low temperature for at least one year. Tanabe Shuzo has won six consecutive gold medals at the National New Sake Appraisal Competition with this style, using Yamada Nishiki and water from the Hakusan mountain range.
