Takeuchi Sake Brewery uses a traditional technique that many brewers, including Kazuaki Okasumi, the highest in the sake brewing, are used to make a tasty liquor by being careful. Takeuchi Sake Brewery uses Echigo Mori, one of the representative groups of the Niigata Chuetsu region.
