Named for the historic Ogaki Castle, this sake is brewed with the soft spring water characteristic of Ogaki, Gifu's water-rich terrain, and Gifu-grown sake rice. The polishing ratio is 65%, and the house style produces a crisp, full-flavored junmai character.
