Description

A hiyaoroshi (single-pasteurized autumn release) junmai from this Ogaki, Gifu brewery, bottled after summer cellar maturation and released in autumn without a second heat treatment. Brewed with soft local spring water and Gifu-grown sake rice, it carries the mellow, rounded character that brief aging produces.
