A tokubetsu junmai from this Ogaki, Gifu brewery established in 1744, with a full, fragrant flavor and aroma described by the brewery as fukuyoka. Brewed with soft well water beneath Ogaki Castle and primarily using Hida Hamare sake rice grown in Gifu Prefecture.
