Founded in 1826 in Inazawa City, Aichi Prefecture, Naito Jozo draws its water from the underground flows of the Kiso, Nagara, and Ibi rivers — the three great rivers whose confluence defines the Nobi Plain and gives the Kisosansen brand its name. The brewery's aim is sake that quietly accompanies dishes, relying on traditional koji box-making and the techniques of Nanbu master brewers.
