Description

The sake of the forest in the soul of the forest, which is named from the fact that the beautiful peach blossom is in full bloom, and has been named, Yamada Nishiki, a brewing good rice, to 40 %, and is carefully prepared at the low temperature under the clear Kiso River underwater. A fruity scent spreads in a mellow taste.
