Description

Three rice varieties, including Yume no Kaori and Himenomochi mochi rice, are blended in this Fukushima honjozo from Hanaizumi Shuzo, polished to 65%. The shidan-jikomi fourth addition with mochi rice lends a soft, gently full-bodied character.
