Description

Honjozo from Tsukinowa brewery in Iwate's Shiwa district, made with soft well water drawn from the Kitakami River basin. Released as a fresh-pressed shiboritate, it is the brewery's seasonal offering best enjoyed young.

該酒造1886年創立於南部杜氏發祥地岩手縣紫波郡紫波町。歷代藏元皆身兼杜氏，親自主導釀酒，如今第五代橫澤裕子秉持「以家業而非企業之心經營」的信念，不斷傳承傳統、革新技術。主要使用岩手縣產酒米「吟乙女」「吟銀河」「結之香」，以北上川伏流水（軟水）精心釀造，追求清澈柔和中帶有紮實醇厚的風味。
