This tokubetsu junmai uses 100% Banshu-grown Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture and is finished as a nama-chozo, bottled without heat pasteurization during storage to preserve the fresh aroma and lively character of new sake. Brewed at 70% polishing with Nada's miyamizu water.
