Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% forms the base of this Ishikawa daiginjo from Kanaya Syuzoten under the Takasago label, brewed with Tedori River water from the Hakusan mountain range. Fruity aroma and mellow, rich depth from the area's mineral-balanced brewing water.
