A pure pure rice sake that was fired in February and aged slowly and at a low temperature until August. There is no unique mountain abandoned feeling that seems to be a traditional nasty neck. The taste is dark, but the whole is lightly clear and juicy. Although it is a fire sake, you can also feel the gas feeling due to a slight drawing. I drank it in a hot cold, but soft and clear acid like grapefruit spreads out
Pure rice sake with rich umami depth — the everyday staple of Japan.
