It is an unfiltered raw sake for Junmai Ginjo. Only "Meron 3.33" can be enjoyed by Shizenshi Junmai Ginjo! By changing the preparation blend, a rich sweetness reminiscent of the melon and a ginjo scent with a sour taste. Is this an additive -free yeast? As you think, it comes into your body. It has the umami, sweetness of rice, which is the characteristic of Shizenshu, and the sourness with a fuzy.
