Shiroku Junmai Yamada Nishiki is produced by Nakashima Jozo in Mizunami, Gifu, a brewery with roots dating to 1702. Yamada Nishiki is used to deliver a balanced junmai with gentle aroma, clean rice-derived sweetness, and the soft, food-aligned character that has defined this long-established Gifu kuramoto.
