釀造廠正下方160米處的花崗岩層之下流淌的中軟水被用於釀造。荔枝、櫻桃、蘋果、覆盆子交織出典雅透明、純淨清澈的香氣。二次嗅覺中感受到的淡淡生薑氣息是獅道特有的獨特風味。若想體驗被稱為「Great finish」的獅道絲滑口感,最佳方式是冷藏至低溫,用寬口大肚的葡萄酒杯細細品鑑。
