It is Junmai Daiginjo of "Sasaichi" brewed in Koshu Yume Mansion in Yamanashi Prefecture. It was prepared in the front water of Sacred Peak Fuji, one of Japan's best famous water. It was carefully brewed with a high rice polishing rice with a rice polishing rate of 45 %. I feel an elegant Ginjo incense. It is a rich and rich food sake with a rich and gentle sweetness of Koshu Yume Mansion.
