Description

使用米與米麴。這是釀酒的基礎,同樣以相同原料釀造的日本酒,就是濁酒(どぶろく)。它可以說是日本釀酒的祖先。與日本酒不同,未經過濾的濁酒曾是獻給神明的酒,昔日在日本各地廣泛釀造。由於酒稅法的嚴格管制,一度成為秘傳酒的代名詞,但近年來隨著濁酒特區的開放與「農家酒」定位的興起,濁酒文化重新煥發活力。「Peace濁酒」展現了米的柔和與和歌山水的清美。這次是試作品,但我認為已經釀出了均衡的好酒。請享受其美麗柔和的口感、米特有的醇厚、甜味以及令人愉悅的氣泡感。
