Tokubetsu junmai using 100% Hokkaido-grown Ginpu sake rice, developed in response to demand from fans of the honjozo Kitanoinaho. Soft on the palate with a clean, slightly dry finish, it reflects the Daisetsuzan fissure water used throughout the brewery.
